現在、国内外でモバイルバッテリーの発熱・発火事案が報告されております。
すべてのお客様に、安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用につきまして、以下の通りご協力をお願いいたします。

・火災などの万一の事態を避けるため、就寝中や外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。

・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。

　・直射日光の当たる窓際
　・ベッド、シーツ、カーテンなど可燃性素材の上

・充電中は状態をご確認ください。万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにもお客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

なお、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーをコンセントから外し、安全な場所へ移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Notice: Use of portable battery chargers

There have been reports both in Japan and overseas of portable battery chargers overheating or catching fire.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable battery chargers in guest rooms, as outlined below.

1. Please refrain from charging portable battery chargers while sleeping or when leaving the guest rooms to prevent fire or other unexpected incidents.

2. When charging portable electronic devices using a portable battery charger, or when charging a portable battery charger using the power supply in the guest room, please avoid using them in the following locations:
・Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
・On beds or on flammable materials such as bed sheets or curtains

3. Please monitor the charger while charging. To help prevent any potential trouble, we ask that you use portable battery chargers only in locations where you can continuously check the condition.

Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may relocate the portable battery chargers to a safer location to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding.
